Going through a disciplinary action? We help make sure your rights aren't violated — one-on-one guidance, support throughout the whole process.
Negotiation and conciliation
Have grounds to negotiate with your employer but don't know how? The union helps you get everything you're entitled to.
Representation at Employment Tribunal
Representation — as a lay representative or through a union official — in proceedings before an Employment Tribunal, up to a final hearing.
